Engineering and Design

Design and engineering department of Cheene Sazeh Beihagh Co. (CHEESAB) has not only provided technical support for executive teams in civil and EPC projects but also offered design and engineering services for other companies in water transfer, building, architecture, and electrical/mechanical installations for industrial and non-industrial units utilizing its talented and skilled staff. All engineering services from initial and feasibility studies to the end of detailed design in different parts of the project are conducted in design and engineering department of the company.
 
Key water transfer and treatment systems designed:
  • All design and engineering activities of extraction, storage, treatment, pumping, transmission and distribution of water to Chehelkooreh copper mine in Zahedan (27 km with one-stage pumping and 420-meter head) including preliminary and feasibility studies, basic and detailed design in all disciplines.
  • All design and engineering activities of water transfer line to Taft copper mines cook (46 km with one-stage pumping and 1255-meter head) including preliminary and feasibility studies, basic and detailed design in all disciplines.
  • Partial basic and detailed design of water transfer to Kouhrang tunnel no.3 (outflow: 3200 LPS)
  • Basic design of a treatment unit for returned water from Zahedan copper concentrator plant and preparation of tender documents.
  • Design of returned water system from strip plant to Taft leaching site.
  • Basic design of water transfer project to Darreh-Alou copper mine (95 km with two-stage pumping and 1650-meter head)

  • Design of recreational/residential site of National Iranian Copper Industries Co.
  • Design of Mahshahr 35-unit complex.
  • Design of 48-unit complex of municipal workers of Semnan.
  • Design of administrative and commercial complex of Arg-e-Semnan.
 
Key building utilities designed:
  • Utility design of Dargahan hotel in Qeshm.
  • Utility design of Delijan Azad University.
  • Utility design of Ramkan hotel in Qeshm.
  • Utility design of Farsh and Bokharest buildings of tax organization of Tehran province.
